Oh man, Marc Antony... he is so incredibly smug and such an ass, and I hate him- but I also kinda love him. I love to hate him... but I also genuinely love to love him? It's weird. He is absolutely not the type of guy I'd ever go for in real life, in fact I'd steer clear for him, but in ACOR? Damn is he fun to romance. At least in one of the two ways I play my MC, their dynamic can be incredibly intriguing ans fun. I mean, Antony is a super fun character either way, though in completely different ways depending on if he is romanced or not. His dynamic with my MC, Ailin, and the way I am playing her is so intriguing, fun to explore and layered, and definitely a breath of fresh air compared to most other LI's. Their relationship probably isn't healthy, but oh, well. By the end of the story, Ailin isn't exactly a good person anymore either, so that works I guess- It's definitely not a typical love story in any way- but it's amazing nonetheless.

So Steve is the bad guy, confirmed?. I do agree with what u said, this chapter felt like if this was lack luster but then again this was a better book that came, out of this year overall so far from choice's overall. This chapter kind of derailed the story a bit but with it ending soon, i can see why with the disappointment here overall it was still a good story but not this chapter.

Angelina and Liz feeling guilty about MC being locked up is a bit suspicious, or maybe they feel guilty because MC saved them and helped them. The writing in this chapter became so stupid. Even the Whoosh robot thing. How can it's emotions make you know it's probably the one that helped clean. 🤷🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️ I honestly thought the killer was Pete. Still think there are two killers.

Not really gonna say my theories this time. But it was mentioned before that Steve was in M.I.T. I remembered that when I saw the pen. I do agree with the remote though. I was like "but what would that do?" They can hurt in the right places, but as you said, we never really saw any visual, so it l doubt it hit anywhere significant. Couldn't it have even missed? So it was a stretch that it caused the killer some damage. I have my thoughts wrote as usual. But keeping them for myself this time.

Goddamn it, Pixelberry. I was so ready for just a really sweet and unproblematic mutual pining, reconnecting after years friends-to-lovers story (with maybe some slight miscommunication and dorks/idiots in love thrown in there for good measure), but nope. That's apparently to good to be true and too much to ask for. Why can't we have nice things, PB? I'm honestly getting sick of these MC x LI who has a girlfriend/fiancee/something along those lines love triangle-ish dynamics. Especially with how it always ends up villainizing the other woman, even though she technically isn't even in the wrong most of the time. And most of the time, it ends up with the female characters kinda competing over the guy, who can't really figure out his feelings and what exactly he wants. Imo, FCL did end up kinda cute- or at least the dynamic between MC and Blake, if you ignored the 'actively sabotaging Rebecca' part. But still, eh- it just leaves a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth

Hey. Hope you're feeling better. I just finished playing the chapter myself (thanks to my son constantly grabbing my attention away.) I knew that Farah would have slipped that screwdriver in MC's pocket. I've said I write notes, I even wrote my thoughts on the screwdriver. Though AWW Jun coming to try rescue you ❤️ I think MC is a fool for quickly forgiving Farah and Dante, even if they did have good reason for doing what they did. You even get to choose if you're angry or not at them several times, so I thought "Brilliant! You get to be angry at them!" Then... "We did it for xyz reason." "Oh, alright, I forgive you." Just like that. FFS >< No. I don't care their reasoning, even if it was good. How hurt would you feel if your friends turned on you in a heartbeat like that, even if they did it to help you? In the moment, you'd feel betrayed. Really hurt. I've been in that position (though not to this extreme, but just having friends suddenly turn on me for basically a stupid reason without warning or giving me a chance to even try fix anything - not that I was at fault, but it wouldn't have stopped me trying, coz I valued those friendships) and it hurts like hell. So that's why I think MC is a fool. Steve was suspicious there though. Not saying it was him or not, but he wanted Nick to give him more shares, but Nick refused, saying he had enough, but then we had seen Steve before trying to steal off with Nick's blueprints. He says he wanted to sell them, but what if he was looking for any documentation about the shares? I still have my own theories. Crystal seemed rather assured of your guilt. Something about her just doesn't feel right to me. Also I was wrong about the room - unless I read it wrong, I thought we got locked in the room we were trying to get to. Turned out to be his office, not the conference room. Ah well. My theory about Farah and Dante doing it to make the others think they thought you were guilty was somewhat right though, even if Farah was doing it so she could slip you the screwdriver. But even though I was right in that they didn't really think you were guilty, I'm still pissed MC forgave them so easily. One extra Jun moment compared to the others in this chapter, but it doesn't make up for the endless chapters of neglect PB did for him. *Edit* watching some parts of your videos back for reference against my notes. Steve was trapped by the lasers in the same office you were locked in. Lends a bit of weight to my earlier comment. If he knew what Nick was planning, what else could he have been looking for in there?
